I really will get to the Milchaufschäumer pictures soemtime soon.. but until then, I will leave you with some photos of the automatic raw milk dispenser that lurks in the hills just above our flat.
So if you leave our flat (which is only about 4km from the downtown-est part of Zürich) and walk straight uphill for about 7 minutes, you reach a Magic Milk Machine. There is a cow yard there, and cows all over the hillside, and some of their milk (raw! unhomogenised, unpasturised, etc) gets put in this dispenser and so you can truck your own bottle/jug and get fresh milk 24/7. It’s AWESOME.
Switzerland is such a fascinating mix of city and country.
Here are the cows that provide the goods. Aren’t they handsome? I really like cows.
